A customer scans a code, rates their experience with a star rating first, optionally adds tags and a comment, and receives an editable review draft that they personally review and post to the business's real Google review page — nothing is ever auto-submitted, and the review button is never hidden or gated based on the rating given.
No. ReviewLoop never submits anything to Google on a business's behalf. The AI only rewrites what a customer already told us in their own words, and the customer reads, edits, and personally posts it on Google. We built the product specifically to avoid enabling fake or manipulated reviews.
No. The customer-facing feedback page requires no sign-up, no email, and no password. It's designed to be completed in under a minute on a phone.
Customers who rate 1–3 stars are asked what went wrong and can send that feedback privately to the business. We never block or discourage anyone from posting a genuine review on Google, positive or negative — the choice always belongs to the customer.
Yes — during setup you provide your own Google review link, and that's exactly where the 'Review on Google' button sends customers. We don't proxy, modify, or intercept that flow.

No. Scans are unlimited on every ReviewLoop plan, including Starter. The only metered resource is AI-assisted review generations, which only count toward customers who typed a free-text comment.
Yes. Each business can set its review language to English, Hinglish, or a Mix of both, and every review draft — whether generated by the template engine or by AI — follows that setting automatically.
Every table in ReviewLoop's database enforces Row Level Security, so a business owner's queries can only ever touch their own rows regardless of application code. The public customer-facing flow never touches tables directly either — it goes through a narrow set of validated server-side functions.
Yes. One login can own and manage multiple separate businesses, each with its own branding, branches, and analytics, switchable from a business switcher in the dashboard. Team or multi-user logins for a single business are not supported.
Yes. The core QR-to-Google-review flow works for any business with a Google Business Profile anywhere in the world; pricing is shown in USD outside India and INR within India automatically.
Every branch gets one QR code included free. We don't ship physical standees outside India yet, so international customers get a print-ready standee design to download and print locally at a shop of their choice.
