Acceptable use

ReviewLoop is a feedback-collection and review-assistance tool. Businesses using the platform agree not to use it to fabricate reviews, incentivize reviews in exchange for positive ratings, filter out negative feedback from being able to reach Google, or otherwise manipulate ratings in violation of Google's review policies.

No automatic posting

ReviewLoop never submits a review to Google on anyone's behalf. AI-generated suggestions are drafts only; the customer reviews, may edit, and personally submits any review through Google's own interface.

Accounts

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and for safeguarding their account credentials.

Subscriptions

Plans, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. Free plans are offered as-is; paid plan billing is handled through our payment provider once enabled.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including manipulation of ratings or abuse of the platform.
