What we collect

When a customer submits feedback through a ReviewLoop QR page, we collect only what's needed to make the feature work: the star rating, any optional aspects selected, any written comment, and basic interaction events (page view, rating selected, feedback submitted, AI suggestion requested, review link clicked). We do not require a name, email, or any account to submit feedback.

What we don't collect

We do not collect precise location, device fingerprints, or any identifying information about customers. We do not sell customer feedback data to third parties.

How feedback data is used

Feedback is shown to the business that owns the QR code, for the purpose of understanding and improving their customer experience. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be used to operate and improve ReviewLoop itself.

AI processing

When a customer requests an AI-assisted review suggestion, their rating, selected aspects, and comment are sent to our AI provider solely to generate that suggestion. The AI is instructed to use only the information the customer provided and not to invent details. The customer chooses whether to use, edit, or discard the suggestion, and whether to post anything to Google.

Business accounts

Business owners provide an email and password to create an account. This is used for authentication, account communication, and billing where applicable.
